What we collect
When you book an appointment or a test through this website, we collect the name, phone number, email address and address you enter, along with the tests or package you have asked for and any message you send us. When you visit the laboratory we also hold your test results as part of your medical record.
How we use it
We use your contact details only to call or message you about your booking, to confirm the time and price, and to let you know when your report is ready. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.
Test results
Your results are released to you, or to a person you authorise. We share results with a treating doctor when you ask us to, or where the law requires reporting of a notifiable disease. Reports are not discussed with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Laboratory records are retained as required for medical record keeping. Booking enquiries that do not lead to a visit are kept only as long as needed to follow them up.
